Feature Fireplaces carry out annual gas servicing for fires we have supplied and installed. All manufacturers recomend that fires should be serviced by a Gas Safe engineer once per year, and this is a requirement where an extended warranty is offered.

We offer either a one-off service or a regular annual service agreement to all customers. The service covers the manufacturer’s service requirements as well as safety checks and cleaning.

With the annual agreement, we automatically arrange dates and times for our engineer to visit during the late summer months to avoid the seasonal rush in the autumn and the disappointment of having an appliance that is not working when it’s really needed.

For 2010, the charge for this service will be £81.50. This provides a saving of £10 off our current one-off service charge. This does not include for batteries, spare parts and repair costs, should they be required.
