 Life time warranty on main body of Tortoise. 12 months on parts & accessories. The Firebox is to have been installed by the supplier & the Lifetime warranty only apllies to the original purchaser. If the firebox is not installed by a registered supplier for Tortoise.

Gazco

 24 months parts and labour Must be serviced annually by CORGI engineer for 2nd year warranty to stand Does not apply to batteries, low gas pressure or flue faults. 'Wear and tear' items, rope seals, glass, baffles.

Katell

 1 year, covering manufacturing faults only. For gas or solid fuel fires, the mantel must be installed by a Gas Safe or HETAS registered competent person. Wear and tear, dents, scratches, burn or scorch marks. Natural variations in shade, wood graining etc.

Kingsworthy

 Limited 6 month warranty Care & Maintenance instructions to be followed. On the painted finish.

Magiglo

 12 months breakdown warrenty, register within 3 months for a further 2/4 years parts & labour warrenty. (Not a service warrenty) Must be serviced annually by a registered Gas Safe Engineer. Coals, batteries and ceramics.
