A fireplace is an important investment. We will go through a number of steps before you finally confirm an order with us.
- If you request a call back, we will call to discuss your plans and to ensure you enjoy your visit to us.
- Although you may already have a clear idea about what you want, we always ask you to visit us.
- The purpose of this visit is to ensure you have a good understanding of the range of products available. We can also understand what you want from the fire. We have a large and comprehensive showroom. We can show you material samples, and you can touch and feel the products. Many of our stoves and fires are live, and we can display the various fires to you. We can give you better advice if we have an understanding of how you plan to use the fire.
- If you bring a photo on a phone or camera, we will be able to advise you what types of fires are suitable for certain fireplaces and we can give you reasonably accurate estimates for the installation and building work.
- You also get a chance to meet our team, and decide if you would like to work with us.
- We will provide you with brochures, stone samples and ideas, and you will usually need time, and possible a second visit to us, in order to decide what style or type of fire you would like.
We do not charge for surveys. Where you have taken the time to visit us, we will come and visit you.
- Following our visit, we will prepare a specification and fixed price quotation for you. There is no hard sell. Let us know what your plans are, and we will keep your details on our files if you would like the work to carried out at a later date.
