Stone surround for AGA and Stove

Matching pair of large hand made natural limestone surrounds, commissioned for a high specification conversion of a period stable block. The size and detailing were agreed together with the client - for example the elliptical hearth reflected the stove shape.

• Two matching surrounds for back-to-back AGA and wood burning stove. The mantels are made from a close grained cream limestone. They can also be made from an English limestone, such as Bath or Cotswold stone, which will be more open grained and fossil bearing.
• The Aga shelf is 2,035 mm from floor and 1,820 mm wide
• Matching stone surround with elliptical hearth made for contemporary woodburning stove
